“I can’t always control the situation”
Before I started my journey, I had pent-up feelings, stress, and emotions, but now, I have learned to take steps back and realize that I can’t always control the situation at hand! Microdosing has put me in a more comfortable place and position to deal with my stress and emotion level and I can deal with things properly without exploding at the world. I ended up here by way of the Dr. Phil episode, but I’ve been microdosing for 5 years now. It’s totally changed my life. I dealt with CSA from infancy and then was physically and mentally abused by my parents until I cut them out of my life in my 20s. I was robbed at gunpoint and pistol whipped 5 years ago and that was what made me finally give microdosing a try. In that 5 years time I have completely obliterated my PTSD, I no longer suffer from anxiety, insomnia, depression, mood swings, NONE of it. I no longer qualify for a PTSD diagnosis since my symptoms are basically gone. I’ve been in therapy since I was a kid. I’ve tried more than 100 different meds for my various illnesses over the last 30 years. A decade ago I was taking 15 meds per day. Now I take none.
It infuriated me to see Dr. Phil saying this is a ‘drug’ we don’t have any data on when there are literally hundreds of studies going back more than a century showing their benefits. How does a ‘doctor’ not know how to do basic research? I seriously wanna call the show and go in there with a big ol stack of studies. Lol
